Who we are

PixRecipe is operated by Alvin Lim, based in Taiwan. Contact: alvin@pixrecipe.com.

This policy explains what data PixRecipe processes when you visit the site.

What we collect

Anonymous usage events: when a recipe is viewed, a prompt is copied, an outbound "Cook this" link is clicked or a report is sent, we store the event name, the recipe and model, the destination host, the page language, the referring host and the country derived by our CDN. We do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, cookies or any visitor identifier with these events.

Reports: if you use the report form, we store the recipe, the reason, your description, any statements and typed name you add and — only if you provide it (required for urgent and copyright reports) — your email address, so we can follow up. To limit abuse we keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address with the report and in a 24-hour counter; the IP address itself is not stored.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. One functional cookie (pr_m) is set only when you turn on mild content (images marked as mild exposure, shown without blur); it keeps that choice for 30 days and is deleted when you turn the setting off.

Retention

Usage events are deleted after 400 days. Reports are kept as long as needed to handle them and to document our response.

Your rights and contact

You can ask for access to or deletion of a report you sent by writing to the contact address above.
